A 12-week program for children using art to experiment with new ways of acting, thinking, and feeling. The Creativity Lab encourages children to use their creativity to experiment with problem solving and flexibility, self-regulating strong feelings, building confidence and self-esteem, developing frustration tolerance by managing emotions, strengthening relationships, encouraging attention and focus, and creating academic solutions. Who Benefits:

For children between ages of 7–11 who easily become frustrated, angry, upset, overwhelmed, worried when they experience a challenge.

Targets:
New ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Helpful for children who shut down or act out when they encounter a problem. If your child has a diagnosis we recommend art therapy.

Art Therapy Intervention Program

This 6-month program is designed to help children and parents manage behaviors and emotions with art therapy and creative problem solving strategies. The program involves 3 phases of treatment to help children and parents develop new strategies for social, emotional, and behavioral development. This mid-level program is for children who need more individualized support to treat anxiety, depression, anger/aggression, grief/loss, divorce, substance abuse, eating disorders, attention and impulse issues, ADD/ADHD, oppositional behaviors, post traumatic stress, autism and Asperger’s, social and relationship issues, physical and sensory, and cognitive disabilities.
