I’d like to introduce you to the Creativity Lab, a program I created to support and encourage your child’s personal growth and development. The Creativity Lab is an individual weekly 50 minute program that meets for 12-weeks to help your child (between the ages of 7-11) create new ways of thinking so they can overcome the challenges they encounter in a positive and playful manner.
The Creativity Lab was born from the idea that all children have the ability to use their creative thinking to solve the problems they are encounter. Yet, what opportunities are they given to learn these valuable life skills? We strengthen our body with exercise; we deepen our spirituality with practice, but what about our thoughts and feelings? What opportunities do we provide for our children to learn how to manage their thoughts and feeling in a positive strength based way?
