Support FOR ADULTS
You've Held Everything Together.
What About You?
Therapy for adults who are ready to move beyond overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism—and begin discovering what they truly want.
You've spent years taking care of things, meeting expectations, showing up for others, and doing what needed to be done.
From the outside, your life may look fine.
Maybe you're tired of overthinking everything.
Maybe you're beginning to question what you actually want.
Maybe you've accomplished what you were supposed to—and you're wondering, what's next?
I get it. And you don't have to figure it all out alone.
Therapy that takes you beyond the thinking mind
Are You Finally Over…
…old patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that keep you stuck?
Maybe you’ve spent years thinking, analyzing, anticipating, and trying to figure everything out. You understand yourself intellectually, but something still feels out of reach. Therapy can help you move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.
Are You Ready to Release…
…anxiety, fear, self-criticism, judgment, and the patterns that no longer serve you?
Maybe you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself and begin listening to what you truly want.
Let’s do it.
As the Creativity Queen I’ve got skills. I’ll guide you to:
Find your calm with grounding and mindfulness practices that help you return to yourself when life feels overwhelming.
Listen to your intuition and tap into creativity as a pathway to deeper self-discovery and transformation.
Reconnect with your true self and the inner wisdom that can get buried beneath expectations, overthinking, and the roles you’ve spent years fulfilling.
Shine a light on the thought patterns that keep you stuck, so you can loosen their grip and make room for greater freedom, authenticity, and possibility.
Sound Familiar?
You know you’ve outgrown old patterns, but you keep finding yourself pulled back into familiar relationships, situations, and ways of responding that leave you stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck.
You can recognize the patterns, but still find yourself spiraling into old beliefs and conditioning—and it’s hard to get out of your head long enough to hear what you really think, feel, or want.
Your nervous system feels maxed out. You’re tired of doing what isn’t working, tired of second-guessing yourself, and ready for something to change. Maybe you don’t need another answer—you need a different way forward.

Move beyond overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism—and begin discovering what you truly want.
What you can expect.
Letting go of what no longer serves you. Create space for emotions, patterns, and beliefs that have been taking up more room than they deserve.
Exploring what lies beneath the surface. Gently bring awareness to the parts of yourself, including the places you may have avoided, judged, or pushed away.
Challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. With compassion, curiosity, and with a little humor, we’ll look at the thoughts and behaviors that no longer fit who you are becoming.
Meaningful shifts in how you show up. Develop greater awareness of yourself, your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through your life.
Moving beyond the thinking mind. Through creative and somatic practices, you’ll have opportunities to slow down, tune in, and discover what emerges when you don’t have to figure everything out.
Making space for what still needs your attention. Explore unresolved emotions and experiences from the past—not to stay there, but to understand, integrate, and move forward with greater freedom.
Growing a deeper sense of compassion and self-trust. Begin relating to yourself with more kindness, acceptance, and understanding.
Room for the whole human experience. Laughter, tears, unexpected insights—and yes, the occasional swear word.
What I expect from you.
A willingness to show up. Even on the bad hair days, the hard days, or the days when everything seems “fine” and you’d rather stay in bed and scroll.
A willingness to stay with yourself when things get uncomfortable. Growth asks us to notice what we might usually avoid, and we’ll meet those moments with curiosity and compassion.
A willingness to be real. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You can be messy, uncertain, awkward, angry, sad, silly, or scared—and still show up exactly as you are.
An openness to trust the process. Some of the most meaningful discoveries happen when you step outside what’s familiar and allow yourself to enter the unknown.
A willingness to practice. The work we do together becomes meaningful when you begin bringing it into your everyday life—trying something new, noticing what happens, and practicing again.
An openness to go beyond the thinking mind. To listen more deeply to your body, your emotions, your intuition, and the parts of you that may know more than you realize.
A commitment to the value of your life. I will stand with you in protecting and honoring that value. If something compromises your ability to care for yourself or your life, we need to be able to talk about it honestly.
A commitment to your own authenticity. To become more fully yourself—not someone else's version of who you should be—and to learn to meet yourself with fierce compassion and love.
Who do I help?
I work with adults who have spent years being capable, responsible, and there for everyone else — and are beginning to wonder what they want for themselves. You may look like you have it all together, yet you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
I create a warm, compassionate space where you can slow down, take off the mask, and explore what’s really going on underneath the surface. I’ll gently challenge you when it’s helpful, without judgment, so you can recognize the patterns that keep getting in your way and begin making different choices.
My superpower is my ability to connect deeply and create a safe space for meaningful exploration and change. As the Creativity Queen, I draw from creative, intuitive, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and what you truly want.
I’m deeply soulful, playful, and openhearted. I’ll hold space for you to be fully yourself—and discover more of who that is.
When Words Aren’t Enough
Sometimes you can talk about something over and over and still feel like you haven’t quite reached it.
That’s where art can offer another way in.
You don’t need to be an artist, know how to paint, or create anything “good.” In our work, art isn’t about making something beautiful or producing a finished product. It’s a way of slowing down, moving beyond the thinking mind, and giving expression to what you may not yet have words for.
Through color, shape, movement, image, and the creative process itself, you can begin to notice what you’re feeling, sensing, and discovering. Something unexpected may emerge—a feeling, an insight, a memory, a question, or simply a deeper awareness of yourself.
I’ll guide you through the process with curiosity and compassion, helping you explore what your creative expression may be revealing without imposing an interpretation on it.
The painting isn’t the point. The experience is.
It’s about creating space to listen inward, reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom, and discover what becomes possible when you don’t have to figure everything out.
And if art isn’t your thing, that’s absolutely okay. You don’t have to be interested in art or want to pick up a paintbrush to work with me. Art is simply one of the many ways we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll find the approaches that feel right for you.
Here’s how it works.
Therapy Wherever You Are
I offer secure telehealth sessions to clients throughout New York and Florida, making it possible to do meaningful therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
If you’re in the Sarasota area and prefer to meet in person, my private office studio is located in Sarasota, Florida. The studio offers a warm, creative space where we can incorporate art-making, somatic practices, and other experiential approaches when they feel supportive to your work.
Whether we meet online or in person, the heart of our work remains the same: creating a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, move beyond the thinking mind, and reconnect with yourself.
Our Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes. We begin by getting grounded and checking in with what’s happening in your life right now. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you in and how it may connect to deeper patterns, emotions, or experiences that have shaped you.
From there, we may use inquiry, somatic awareness, mindfulness, or creative expression to move beyond the thinking mind and explore what your words alone may not reveal. You’ll have space to notice what you’re feeling, sensing, and discovering—and to gently release patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may no longer serve you.
Depending on what feels right for you, this exploration may include therapeutic art making, movement, vocalization, visualization, or other experiential practices. The goal is to develop greater awareness, compassion, and freedom in how you relate to yourself and your life.
As we move toward closure, we’ll take time to integrate what emerged and return to a grounded place before you leave.
Some deeper work benefits from additional time to explore and integrate. When appropriate, we may use a 90-minute session, and we’ll discuss together whether a longer session would be supportive for you.
To Get the Most From Our Work Together
For the first six weeks, I recommend meeting weekly. This gives us the consistency and momentum to build a strong foundation, explore what’s underneath the patterns that brought you to therapy, and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself and your life.
After those first six weeks, we’ll assess how things are progressing and whether weekly sessions continue to feel supportive and beneficial for you.
Research suggests that meaningful clinical improvement often occurs with a consistent course of weekly therapy, with many people benefiting from 12–16 sessions or more depending on their individual needs, goals, and circumstances. The length of therapy is always personalized to you.
You’re ready for change — so let’s do it!
I’d love to connect and hear more about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping might change.
